The machine is designed for continuous rim blades or sector blades with slots (distance between two sectors) less than 5 mm.
SLIDING CARRIAGE
The cutting system uses a carriage that runs on six wheels mounted on sealed bearings. This characteristic ensures high reliability and smooth running.
WATER TRAY WITH ELECTRIC PUMP
The polypropylene water tray is highly resistant to wear, light-weight and easy to clean. The special shape of the tray separates debris from the water recovery section of the pump.
AUTOMATIC DRIVE BELT TENSIONER
Thanks to the high strength POLY-V drive belt and the automatic belt tensioner, the 2.2 kW motor transmits its power to the blade completely.

TILTING CUTTING HEAD
The tilting cutting head speeds up special cutting jobs such as grooving, profiling and cutouts. Compared to conventional machines with crank adjustment, the tilting cutting head can be clamped at the desired height or left unclamped for plunge cuts without carriage advancement.
