All parts in direct contact with water are made from anodised extruded or diecast aluminium that has been treated to prevent corrosion.
RELIABILITY AND STRENGTH
The rolling elements of the cutting head consist of wheels mounted on sealed ball bearings. With this system gliding is effortless and cutting operations are most accurate. The cutting unit, made from pressure diecast aluminium and the extruded aluminium beam optimise  operation, reducing maintenance and ensuring precision when working.
HIGH CUTTING CAPACITY
The diamond blade (suitable for all types of materials) is driven lengthwise by a mechanism comprised of an aluminium cutting unit that slides along an aluminium bar. Gliding is achieved by means of 8 PVC wheels mounted on 16 ball bearings, while the blade displacement is done manually by the operator. During cutting operations, the blade can be placed vertically (90°) with respect to the cutting surface or tilted between 90° and 45°. Depth adjustment is maintained in any position.
CUTTING WITHOUT CHIPPING
The blade plunges from above, thus eliminating chipping on the surface to be cut.
90° VERTICAL CUTTING
The blade support mechanism allows the vertical positioning of the blade so that the max. cutting depth of 55 mm can be obtained by two cutting passes. With the blade placed vertically (90°), a cutting depth of 43 mm is obtained in one single cut.
45° CUTTING
Tilting the cutting head at 45° takes less than 10 seconds, without optional tools/accessories
